How to Prepare Beans Pudding (moimoi)
Today I have another yummy recipe for
you. How to make African beans pudding
(moimoi).
Serve between 5-6 people.
The ingredients you need are:

2 - 3 cups of
beans, peeled and washed

1 big pepper washed
and cuts
-
2 scotch bonnets
washed (depends on how much you like pepper)

Two Knorr cubes
-
3 ladles of palm
oil
-
1 tablespoon of
salt (taste the mixture)
-
3 boiled eggs
-
Half boneless mackerel
(cuts)
-
1 bulb of onion
-
Liver or kidney
cooked and cuts into cubes (optional)
-
1 cup of water (depend
how thick you like the mixture to be)
-
Blender to blend
the washed peeled beans
-
7-8 pieces portion
of aluminum foil plate
-
Water and pot to
cook
Preparation:
Blend the already washed peeled beans,
pepper, scotch bonnet, half onion adds some water and, blend into a smooth
paste, chopped the remaining half onion into pieces, and add it to the blended
beans, cut the boiled eggs into ¼ (put aside to be used later)
Add the salt, 2 Knorr cubes into the
mixture and fold together, add the cut kidney or liver as well as the mackerel into
the mixture, finally add the 3 ladles of the palm oil and mix together, taste
the mixture making sure you have the right flavor and taste
portion the mixture into the aluminum
foil plate. Put water into the cooking
pot, arrange these portion plates into the pot and simmer for 1 ½ hour to cook.
Allowed to cool down for about 30
minutes and serve. Enjoy with family and
friends.
This recipe is a good source of
