How to make Cucumber Juice

 


Hello everyone in today’s post I will be sharing my recipe on how to make cucumber juice to detox your body.

The ingredients are:

-         1 whole cucumber

-         ¾ ginger

-         Slice of lemon or lime

-         1 cup of water

-         Sieve and a juicer machine

-         A bowl and a glass cup to serve

 

Ø Wash the cucumber and ginger, cut into small size

Ø Pour the cucumber and ginger on the blender, add one cup of water.

 

Ø Blend into a smoothie, sieve into a clean bowl

Ø Serve using the sliced lemon to garnish the juice.

Ø You can take the juice in the morning or at night before going to bed.

 

Benefits of cucumber juice:

Ø It helps with weight loss

Ø It delivers antioxidants, it may help to prevent cancer, it also lowers blood pressure etc.
