Money-saving and management tips
No one can say 2020 didn't have any
impact on their lives, we have seen different types of things that we couldn't have ever
imagined that we would see during our lifetime. I have no doubt that everyone
one of us is overwhelmed with emotions, sometimes I ask myself questions and
try to answer those questions myself as no one was able to or have a clue on
the issue facing our world.
It became clear that everyone needs to do something
to survive in this present economy, I’ve seen a lot of people lose their jobs
while some people continued to generate more income. I can relate to a lot of people who have only one
stream of income, which comes from their job.
We need to learn how to save money on a rainy day, which we can rely on during sunny day like the one we are in right now, every penny you save
really counts.
Some of my tips I use to save money, I am going to share with you.
Ø I
cut down my spending by focusing on what is important or what I really
need. How do I do this? I do this by
budgeting my monthly income, I understand that bills have to be paid, I make
sure that I paid my rent, have enough food, car insurance, car finance, water
bill, gas and electricity, tv license, and any other important bills.
Ø I
also learn that I don’t need to buy clothes every month because if have to buy
clothes for myself (as well as the kids) that means I will have nothing to save
at the end of the month, so I make it a habit to buy my clothes let’s say once
in every two months as the case may be.
Ø When
it comes to the kids, you don’t need to buy them clothes all the time, I check
their wardrobes, go through their closet to see what they need and this can be
once in a while. I am doing all of these
to enable me to save something at the end of the month.
Try these tips and see how it will help you put
money aside in case of an unexpected situation. Stop buying unnecessary things,
especially those things that you don’t need, I don’t do what others are doing,
I am my own person, don’t copy people, be yourself.
I hope this short article will help you manage your
money wisely.
